Principal, Certified Practising Conveyancer
In 2001, after working in the finance industry (ANZ Bank) for 15 years, Mark completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing and began his career with Lyon Conveyancing.
In July 2009 Mark became the Principal of Lyon Conveyancing and is a member of both the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA Division and Real Estate Institute of SA. To maintain up to date knowledge of Conveyancing issues, Mark attends regular professional development seminars.
In 2018 the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA Division awarded Mark the honour of Fellowship Status in appreciation for his contribution to the Conveyancing Profession.
Mark enjoys playing Tennis, Golf, watching AFL footy, going on family holidays and being involved with his two children’s sport.
Tracy began her working career in Conveyancing in 2004 and completed her Conveyancers registration in 2011.
Her dedication and caring nature see her complete settlements in an efficient and orderly manner for her clients.
Tracy enjoys making her clients feel comfortable throughout the conveyancing process and prides herself on accuracy.
Tracy is a member of the Port Adelaide Sailing Club and regularly enjoys being an active member of crew.
Lauren commenced working in the Conveyancing Industry in 2011 at a prominent SA Conveyancing firm Preparing Form 1 Statements. Lauren completed her studies in Conveyancing in 2013 and became a Registered Conveyancer in 2014.
Throughout the years Lauren has been given the opportunity to master her craft and learn all the different aspects of property in South Australia.
Lauren is a great advocate for the electronic future (PEXA) of our industry and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancing SA Division. She keeps herself up to date with the latest legislation by attending seminars, webinars and workshops.
Lauren is an "all round Conveyancer" who is willing and able to help all clients with their Residential Sale and Purchase Settlements, Matrimonial Transfers, Private Contacts, DHA (Defence Housing) Transactions , Commercial Settlements and Sub-Divisions. She has a great knowledge on the Preparation of Form 1- Vendor Statements.
Lauren is often described as passionate, organised and determined. She will do anything to get the best results for her clients and enjoys building relationships with clients so that they are confident in using her for future transactions. A testament to this is the number of repeat clients that continue to engage Lauren’s services again and again
In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You'll often find her down at the beach or baking in the kitchen.
Kate began working in the Conveyancing Industry in 2009 after several years working in finance in the telecommunications industry.
Kate is passionate about the Conveyancing Industry and has chosen to further her skill set by studying the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. She also attends workshops to ensure she stays up to date with the ever-growing changes that the industry is currently undergoing. Kate strives to ensure she provides an informative, professional, friendly and efficient service to her clients.
Kate is a member the Feline Association of South Australia and Governing Cat Council of South Australia and enjoys showing her Burmese cats, running shows and being actively involved with the Feline Association of South Australia. She also enjoys watching and attending Adelaide Crows games and supporting her 3 children in their ever-growing sporting endeavours!
Receptionist / Office assistant
Jackie began with Lyon Conveyancing in June 2002 and has extensive experience with Customer Service in the Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance Industry.
In Jackie’s role as Receptionist Jackie is often the first contact for our clients. Jackie ensures our client’s needs are met as quickly as possible in a professional and friendly manner.
Living in an animal husbandry area Jackie often looks after neighbours horses and dogs when they go away. Jackie enjoys her role with the Munno Para Dog Obedience Club as a Dog Obedience Trainer and Treasurer. Jackie also actively takes part in dog trials as Trial Manager.
Jenny’s introduction to the Conveyancing Industry commenced in 1975 as a rounds clerk for a Conveyancing Office. In 1986, Jenny started her career with Lyon Conveyancing and went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing in 2009 and became a Registered Conveyancer in 2010.
Jenny’s desire to increase her knowledge proves to be her most valuable asset and with over 30 years experience in the Conveyancing Industry, Jenny has the knowledge and skills to co-ordinate all aspects of property settlements. It is due to this knowledge and her attention to the finer details that Jenny receives many commendations from her clients.
In 2013 Jenny retired from the Conveyancing Industry to spend more time with her family. Jenny has continued to provide holiday relief when our staff are on well deserved leave.
Jenny also enjoys gardening, fishing, interstate travel, watching the Crows and spending time with her family.
