MARK

Mark Duffield

Principal, Certified Practising Conveyancer

In 2001, after working in the finance industry (ANZ Bank) for 15 years, Mark completed an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing and began his career with Lyon Conveyancing.

In July 2009 Mark became the Principal of Lyon Conveyancing and is a member of both the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA Division and Real Estate Institute of SA. To maintain up to date knowledge of Conveyancing issues, Mark attends monthly professional development seminars.

Mark enjoys playing Tennis, Golf, watching the Crows, going on family holidays and being involved with his two children’s sport.

PAULA

Paula Main

Principal, Certified Practising Conveyancer

Paula began working in the conveyancing industry for M.A. Lyon Pty. Ltd. in 1995. Moving to the real estate industry to further her experiences, then returning to her passion for conveyancing.

With a keen eye for detail and a compassionate nature, Paula strives to complete all transactions as if they were her own.

"I love working in conveyancing, I feel great satisfaction in helping people complete settlement of their new home, investment or sale.

Property transactions can be very stressful and emotion filled for some people, and I enjoy helping people know there is someone there to guide and support them and take some of that pressure away."

KAILAH

Kailah Fuhlendorff

Registered Conveyancer

Kailah first became exposed to the conveyancing industry at the age of 21, ten years on she prides herself on the invaluable & diverse experiences she has gained, having completed her formal studies as a registered conveyancer. Kailah joined the Lyon Conveyancing team in 2014. Kailah is a highly motivated, dedicated & innovative Conveyancer whose core values is to provide an experience for our clients that is of a high quality & professional service.  Her friendly, attentive and kind nature ensures a smooth experience for our clients.

Kailah is able to advice on all aspects of property settlements.

TRACY

Tracy Nelson

Registered Conveyancer

Tracy began her working career in Conveyancing in 2004 and completed her Conveyancers registration in 2011.

Her dedication and caring nature see her complete settlements in an efficient and orderly manner for her clients.

Tracy enjoys making her clients feel comfortable throughout the conveyancing process and prides herself on accuracy.

Tracy is a member of the Port Adelaide Sailing Club and regularly enjoys being an active member of crew.

JACKIE

Jackie Meldrum

Receptionist / Office assistant

Jackie began with Lyon Conveyancing in June 2003 and has extensive experience with Customer Service in the Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance Industry.

In Jackie’s role as Receptionist she is often the first contact for our clients. Jackie ensures our client’s needs are met as quickly as possible in a professional and friendly manner.

JENNY

Jenny Burgess

Jenny’s introduction to the Conveyancing Industry commenced in 1975 as a rounds clerk for a Conveyancing Office. In 1986, Jenny started her career with Lyon Conveyancing and went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing in 2009 and became a Registered Conveyancer in 2010.

Jenny’s desire to increase her knowledge proves to be her most valuable asset and with over 30 years experience in the Conveyancing Industry, Jenny has the knowledge and skills to co-ordinate all aspects of property settlements. It is due to this knowledge and her attention to the finer details that Jenny receives many commendations from her clients.

Jenny also enjoys gardening, fishing, interstate travel, watching the Crows and spending time with her family.
